Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Isopure Zero Carb 100% Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, for cooking
Instructions
- Blend eggs, protein powder, and cream cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on one side, until edges set, then flip carefully and cook another 1-2 minutes.
