Whether you’re using a GLP-1 medication or simply looking for a high-protein breakfast that’s quick, easy, and satisfying, these protein powder high protein pancakes are delicious! 🥞
I made these with Rock the Shot vanilla protein powder, which was formulated with GLP-1 users in mind. But you don't have to be using a GLP-1 to enjoy them — they're simply an easy way to add protein to breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Rock the Shot Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Half-and-Half
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Blend Ingredients: Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  • Melt the Butter: Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook the Batter: Pour the batter into the pan and cook each pancake one at a time in the melted butter. This recipe yields 2 pancakes.
  • Plate and Serve: Stack the pancakes on a plate and top with your favorite pancake toppings.
